The service from every single person at Miele was fabulous, both on the phone at Head Office in the UK, and at the Experience Centre (in this case Edinburgh). Everyone consistently knew a great deal about each product, and if any problems occurred they consistently went the extra mile to resolve these as quickly and efficiently as possible, all the while remaining unfailingly polite and understanding. The Miele team are really impressive. They have a great ethos and really know how to retain customers' loyalty.
Excellent power and lighter than C3 vacuum cleaner, so easier to move around. Digital "bag full" and "filter change" indicator much more accurate and more convenient than old C3 style red indicator, which didn't work well. The handle is easier and more comfortable to hold. There is an integrated brush which you can push down from the handle - a great idea which saves you from having to reach down to open the vacuum body every time you want to use the brush. And the brush is easy to push down (some C3 models had a handle with brush attachment which was impossible to push down). The new model is a great all round improvement on previous models of vacuum cleaner.
